Vino Rosso Tours
Introduction
By booking with Vino Rosso Tours (hereafter referred to as “the Company”), you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all tours and services offered by the Company.
Booking and Payment
- Private Tours: A 25% holding deposit is payable at the time of booking. The final payment is due 7 days prior to the tour date.
- Public Tours: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Methods of Payment: Payments can be made via [credit card, direct transfer, etc.].
- Confirmation: All bookings are subject to confirmation via email once payment has been received.
Cancellation Policy
- Customer Cancellations:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the tour will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 7 days may forfeit their deposit (25% of the total booking amount).
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 3 days of the tour or for no-shows.
- Company Cancellations:
- The Company reserves the right to cancel or amend tours due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, bushfires, etc.). In such cases, customers will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.
Changes to Bookings
- Customer-Initiated Changes: Changes to bookings (e.g., date or group size) must be made at least [X] days in advance and are subject to availability.
- Company-Initiated Changes: The Company reserves the right to make minor changes to tour itineraries if necessary (e.g., changes in winery availability or route adjustments). Customers will be informed in advance wherever possible.
Liability
- Vino Rosso Tours will not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour. Guests are encouraged to have appropriate travel insurance.
- The Company is not responsible for delays or changes in itineraries caused by unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather, or supplier availability.
Tour Conduct
- Alcohol Consumption: Responsible consumption of alcohol is encouraged during wine tours. The Company reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who is visibly intoxicated or behaving inappropriately.
- Behaviour: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner toward other participants, staff, and local businesses. The Company reserves the right to remove any guest from the tour without refund if they engage in disruptive behaviour.
Health and Safety
- Medical Conditions: Guests with medical conditions are advised to inform the Company prior to booking. Any health conditions affecting participation must be disclosed in advance.
- COVID-19 Policy: Vino Rosso Tours follows all current government regulations regarding COVID-19 safety. Guests are required to adhere to these policies during the tour.
Minimum Numbers and Group Sizes
- Private Tours: A minimum of 6 participants is required. This number may vary based on specific tour types.
- Public Tours: The Company reserves the right to cancel public tours if fewer than 4 participants are booked.
Photography and Media
- The Company may take photographs or videos during tours for promotional purposes. By booking a tour, you consent to your image being used in such materials unless you notify us in writing prior to the tour.
Governing Law
The Company will not be liable for failure to perform any of its obligations where such failure is due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or government restrictions.
Force Majeure
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on our website and will take immediate effect.
